Bob has owned and operated Bio Kinetics Research & Development—baseball's first think tank—since the late 1980s. During that time, he has performed computerized 3D motion analysis for thousands of Major League hitters and pitchers. In 1984, Bob founded MountainWest Baseball Academy. Since its inception, more than 500 MBA alumni have been drafted by Major League organizations, over 5,000 have gone on to play college baseball, and 73 have competed on USA National Teams.

Jordan Brown

Jordan Brown

Jordan spent five years competing at the college level across three different programs, gaining firsthand experience under a wide range of coaching styles and competitive environments. This journey shaped his understanding that effective coaching is not one size fits all, but instead requires adapting to each athlete's personality, learning style, and goals. With an academic background in exercise science, Jordan combines practical playing experience with a deep understanding of human movement and performance. Over the past four years, he has worked under biomechanics expert Bob Keyes, studying the movement patterns of elite Major League hitters and pitchers. During that time, he has contributed to the development of dozens of professional athletes and numerous collegiate players. Recently, Jordan has focused on youth athletes, where he takes pride in making advanced concepts simple and easy to apply. His goal is to help players move better, stay healthy, and build a foundation that lasts.

Kyle Keyes

Kyle Keyes

Growing up around the game and within one of the most established training environments in the country, Kyle has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build successful players. His work focuses on skill development, consistency, and translating training into game performance.
